I am an accredited CPCC coach (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach). I use work principles that meet the standards set by the ICF.
What company managers or employees face is something I am very familiar with from a practical perspective, having been both an employee and a manager during my career. Coaching sessions are often accompanied by mentoring sessions. Practice has shown that this method of work ensures faster results.
In my experience, it is worth seeking the help of a coach/mentor when:
- You have a vision, but its implementation requires resources, knowledge, and maybe courage.
- You are at a crossroads, you want to make decisions, but you don’t know what is right for you.
